Old Mutual Client Service failure !!!

I sent Old Mutual client services an email on 22 July 2024. Their automated response confirmed that the request has a resolution time of 5 days. I received no communication from Old Mutual since 22 July. I tried phoning them om their customer service number (***) and I went through all the steps and after 3 minutes the automated voice said " This service is currently unavailable". I tried the Whatsapp chat bot and it kept on rerouting me to the same irresolute message.
