Old Mutual Claims - so unprofessional!
I started the process of trying to claim for a death on the 6th March 2022 - by the 28th March I had submitted all the necessary papers requested and was told " that I would be contacted shortly"...........????????? still waiting. Just so unprofessional and have heard friends have had a similar experience. For a company that size it really is unacceptable.
