Old mutual claims process

We have received such horrible service from Old Mutual trying to claim unemployment benefits.

if it is not waiting 15-20 minutes on call to be assisted.

when you finally do get hold of an agent , they will tell different stories.

The callback option also isn't working when we click that option because no calls have been received.

Their WhatsApp function is not working, saying taking longer than expected.

all I wanted to know was the progress of my claim.
