Old Mutual Claims Grant Engelbrecht gone AWOL

Old Mutual service is the new pandemic. Put a claim in March 2022. Took the documents and shoved them where the sun does not shine. Followed up and were then told they can process the claim there are documents missing. But who cares to tell us that documents are missing. Submitted the documents and they took the documents and kept quiet. Followed up and they don't know why the claim has not been processed. Then who must know. Dear Grant, please
