Old Mutual Claims Department a Disaster!

Old Mutual Claims / Disaster (I did not want to give a 1 star)

Please note that is not possible to get client service with claim inquiries or feedback on claim submitted to Old Mutual. My father passed away in 2020 and my mom in 2021, I got some paperwork from Old Mutual among my moms documents and have been trying to get assistance from Old Mutual for more than a week, to no (0) response what so ever?

My father had a Annuity with Old Mutual that was transferred to my mom after my fathers passing it appears, and I suspect the financial advisor arranged it but to state my mom was not satisfied with this advisor is a understatement, hence I need to address Old Mutual in my personal capacity and it is to no avail.

Please make sure you deal with a Insurer with a proven track record in regards of a professional, convenient, client friendly provider. This will not be found at Old Mutual.

Please also note that the Old Mutual Email System/s does not send a received notification / confirmation of any nature. You are left without any proof of even submitting a claim?
