What a bad experience my brother passed on in September 2020, we submitted the claim in October 2020 the consultant said everything looks good our next visit to them they say it at SARS, went back again December they say they don't know whats the delay they say we must keep on calling their call center imagen. After this, I have advised my family member to cancel their policy with them. Bad Bad service
