Old Mutual Claim!

I went to the Old Mutual branch and requested that they check who my policy is covering because the premium was a bit high. Only to find out that my father’s policy is still active and he passed away 2022 meaning that I didn’t claim for him. I asked the Advisor how do we go on about this and they said that I had skipped 2 months but the policy is still active therefore I can claim R 9000. I claimed and they only paid me R 4000 without any explanation or arrangement. It’s been weeks without any communication or explanation of the remaining money that they owe me!
