Old Mutual - Claim Case.

We have since submitted a Death Claim with Old Mutual and same was logged on the 14th December 2020. We have visited the branch on several occasions and have made telephonic follow-up contacts with the same branch on numerous occasions however to this date, almost 5 months later, our matter still remains unresolved. The latest advise received from the Branch Manager is that we should rather log a complaint as there is absolutely nothing he can do from his side in expediting the matter. We are extremely disgruntled by the level of service received from Old Mutual on our logged claim.
