Old Mutual

Hi Joining Old mutual my biggest regret......visited Vryheid branch on the 25th May 2022 to sort out my cash back due to me, i was told it will take 10 working days. As of today the 11th July 2022 i still havent receieved anything yet. Tried calling the number i was giving via sms i was put on hold until my airtime got finished. This is not the first incident with old mutual.
