Old Mutual

My mom had life insurance with Old Mutual. She passed away on 31 August 2023. The policy was paid out. Yet, in spite of NUMEROUS phone calls, emails from myself and my financial advisor, the insurance premium has been collected every single month since then. The amount of the debit order is higher than what the bank can stop. Old Mutual is useless. We are going through hell trying to deal with our loss, yet we are forced to go through this trauma every month. Avoid this insurance company at all cost!
