Old Mutual

I've worked for old mutual and was dismissed April 2025 on the 29th before being dismissed I had 34,5 days of annual leave and used 5days leave I took my leave days on the 17th of April which was 5 day or 7 days leave on the 29th I was dismissed because of the fias not having 120 credits which on the 31st of April I had 32 days leave. Going back last year I had pupils whom left work and was paid their full anual leave some had 28 days and paid in full. I request for 3 days leave wanting to attend a ceremony in my inlaws but was told I won't get those days even if I see a doctor it will be investigated. On the 29th I went for an enquire and was dismissed and told I will get paid for may and in June will reserve my leave pay which didn't happen I received a pay which was R15 000 with no funeral deductions and if I send an email a response was I was paid for my leave a 15 000 how come because I had 32 days leave and pupils I worked with had less than 26days and received the 15000 that I got it confusing
