Old mutual cashback that never gets paid back
I was scheduled to receive a cashback on one of my many policies that i have with Old Mutual . On 18 February 2025 i received a message stating that the money will be paid to me in 3 working days but to date , 05 March 2025 ,nothing has happened. I tried calling them many times to enquire but im not getting help. I visited their branches too but nothing still. I have been a loyal customer since 2006 but im disappointed.
