Old Mutual Cash back is a lie

69668N ********** 39 I have had a policy with Old Mutual since 2015;when taking up my funeral policy and life cover 5 years ago I was told that at the end of 5 years I would receive cashback. I started receiving SMS's from Old Mutual reminding me of my Cash back amount that would be deposited into my account at the end of October 2018. October ended, so did November so did December no money. Upon doing some research online I discovered that Old Mutual is not only lying to me - there are a number of clients still waiting for their cash back. Really Old Mutual surely an established Financial service provider such as yourself can keep their promise to pay back a lousy R1000. My retirement annuity is with another company - think it's time I took All my money to a service provider that won't lie to me.
