Old mutual can't process your withdrawal requests

Recently moved some investments to old mutual from stanlib, apparentlyold mutual would be better. STANLIB would process a withdrawal order in 3 days every time. It has taken old mutual since the start of December to process a withdrawal and we are in Jan 2024 now still nothing... Just messages saying there are delays for more than a month
