Old Mutual cant payout my mother's death benefits

<p>My mother passed away last year October and she was a member of Saccawu with Old Mutual. All the documents were submitted and Old Mutual promised to pay out end of May 2016 as per my communication with employer. when l called the Provident Fund division they said l must submit the Letter of Authority certifying me as an Executor, which was never requested from me before. But since l had it, l emailed it through to them last week Wednesday. I then called them they acknowledge receipt and gave me reference no. [RFAM ********** ]. The kids at home are suffering, lm married and have to look after them as well. Why is Old Mutual playing mind games with me. Why cant they release my hard-earned late mothers money? Someone please answer. The kids are suffering, they need food, school fees is outsanding, the school is threatening to take them out of school! Someone please answer.</p>
