Old Mutual Can't pay my Tax Free Withdrawal

Worst Insurance Company to deal with, I think I must move my business to Sanlam or any other insurance company, I made a withdrawal from my Tax Free Investment, on the 6th of October, it was an emergency requested as I needed money to keep me going till payday 14th believe you me that purpose was not served even my payday passed already and I'm still waiting.

Consultants don't even know what they are doing , they are just as blank as me, we all don't know why the money is not being paid, they will put you on hold while they are trying to find out, until I tin of airtime and they wont even bother to call back. Even going to the branch could not help speed up the process, this is my money I'm claiming not theirs so now we can't get it anytime we need it, this is the worse company to put your money in, worse customer service , if I had a way I'll give them 0 rating.
