Old Mutual cannot even attach a file on an email

I have asked for a copy of my policy on 6 September 2022. On 19 September I received an email claiming that they have attached a copy of the policy document. There was NO attachment. Since the 19th I have been mailing them daily notifying them that their email contained no attachment but have had NO reply from them. Competency seems to be an issue that is ongoing with Old Mutual
