Old mutual cancellation

Hi my name is Sharon i signed for insurance that is for me and my children and i told the sales advisor that i want the police to deduct from february and agreed now the debit order went off on the 25th of january 2024 and again on the first and when i go to old mutual in site b khayelotsha the lady who helpwd me said they can't reverse the money and i have 3 policies that i dont know about can you plz help becoz i want the policy to be cancelled and i want my money back
