Old mutual canceled my policies
Old mutual canceled my policies that i have had with them for over 5 years. I was told last week that i canceled my policies. When i told them i never canceled my policies then i got a response confirming that my Greenlight policy is inactive due to missed premiums. Mind you all these years until now when they canceled my policies, i have been paying my premiums through stop order so there is noway i can miss my premiums. To cut the long story short, i still don't know why policies were canceled. Policies i have been paying for since 2010 are gone

13 Apr 2018, 08:44Old Mutual still has not contact me even after they said they will contact me yesterday, on the review that was deleted this morning. I am still waiting. Almost two months they are still messing up things and not keeping their promise and doing things as agreed. I am always told i missed my premiums even though i did not. No one is calling so we can talk and sort out the mess
