Old mutual canceled my Greenlight life cover policy stating that is due to missed payment.

I have more than 15 years having Greenlight life cover with Oldmutual.On the 26 July 2024 i received an email from the company , informing me that two of my policies havelapsed due to non-payment. To my surprise was how because all of premiums are been deducted/debited from my salary. I then communicated with them and provided evidence of these deductions to Old Mutual, but they have been unable to resolve the issue.

I have attempted to resolve this matter directly with Old Mutual's customer service, but I have been unable to reach a satisfactory resolution. I believe that Old Mutual has failed to provide adequate service and has not acted in good faith
