Old Mutual can I please have my money

If i could rate the service im getting from Old Mutual right now it would be zero stars instead of one star. Being taken from pillar to post. Can i please be contacted on ********** . I am told i wont receive my money which has been deducting from 2016. Their field agent **** to me when selling me a retirment policy. Whos fault is that? I should have gone for Metropolitan pr Sanlam. Now an sms pops up saying my query cant be solved so the case is closed. Yesterday i went to the branch now im being asked to go again. Who must pay for all this petrol? I tried accessing this money because I need money. When they want to sell a policy its easy for an agent to come see you but when i have a problem its me who must do a run around. Old Mutual can O have my hard earned money that i use to feed my daughter please. As a 35 year old man its hard to watch your daughter go to school with no lunch and she depends on the school gvt feeding scheme whereas she is used to tuckshop. Plz dnt rob me of ma money.
