Old mutual can be your worst nightmare

I'm supposed to get my payout from Old mutual but they are making my life difficult. They ask me to send same documents over and over again. There's no way forward. When I ask them why, they say we're on a final stage, only for them to ask me for the same documents again. All I want is for Old mutual to pay my money, it's been over a month now.
