Old Mutual - Callous and disgusting service

The service and empathy from this company is appalling. Not even managers call you back. What is the point of having insurance, when there is a death they don`t even bother to acknowledge the claim, call you back .. nothing.. When you are having to deal with so much, remember OLD MUTUAL does not give a stuff!!!!
