Old Mutual Call Centre No Answer for days
I have been calling superfund call center for two days no answer. Been trying to follow up on superfund death claim without any response.

30 Aug 2021, 11:28This claim has still not been paid out. I was told money is being disinvested and will go to SARS for tax clearance. It's been three weeks since. Last follow up on Fri 27 Aug, I was told was money is being disinvested.
I feel like Old Mutual is dragging their feet.
