Old Mutual Call Centre Consultants Lack The Skills and Knowledge to Help

Your call centre offers a very poor or low quality service. I phoned several times, and after finally speaking to several people the call was dropped on your end. They kept transferring the call stating the their colleague can help me and then after speaking to the 4th person, the call was dropped - how convenient. Please don't take my review down.
