Old Mutual

Hi I have cancelled my Old mutual retirement poicy of 3 month, and the 4th month they still take a debit order from me, and now it is been more than 12 days, they can't give back my money, they dont answer they phone, they don't call me back,I did not know that how old mutual operate.like this, .times are tought they are still using my small money..i desperately need my money, and they make make a claim at the branch in Alrxandra, for my own money????? How is that possible....
