OLD MUTUAL

I am very disappointed with old mutual, I have send all the documents they require to pay out my RAF, from November 2020 I have been waiting and waiting, whenever I phone them, they always want to say they will escalate my queries, I mean I made numerous of calls to them, they always giving me a story about SARS Tax directive, I am tax complaints and I owe nothing to Sars, they keep making an excuse not to pay my money which is very very unfair on old mutual..

Please don't waste ur time with old mutual, they are ***** buy takiing ur money and not paying what is due to us..

Please help me find a solution to get my money out from Old Mutual
