Old Mutual bunch of *******

Been with Old Mutual for 2 years because of this pandemic I URGENTLY needed my money back. The pathetic call centre makes you wait forever and when u eventually get through you get through to an uneducated staff member who either drops the phone or puts you through to another uneducated staff member. I have been trying to get my money back for the past 3 MONTHS. I ask the woman who was so friendly when she invested my money to help me but she is now so rude and tells me to go to branch (East Rand Mall)to deal with it!!!! If I had time I would thats why im asking this uneducated woman to help me. So quick to take my money but funny when I need it back she is useless!!!! I Want my policy with old mutual cancelled with immediate effect and I want everyone to know DONT invest with old mutual you will be sorry!!!! I hope a higher educated staff member or someone in charge can help me because I am beyond upset!!!!!!!!! I want MY HARD earned money back!!!!!!
