I invested R 20 000.00 on the old mutual bula tsela this year. I just received R 14 000.00 back on my bank account, which I did not request to withdraw as I am under the impression that the investment will be atleast for 3-5 years. I went on the portal to check my balance which now reads R 0.00. I have been trying to contact the Singular Office yesterdsay the whole day but no one is answering their phone.
