Old - Mutual broker with ghost policy number.

Hi, Iam Portia Mahlangu, it has come to my attention now recently May 16th 2024 to be precise, that Old Mutual has been deducting money frm my payslip since 2023-08-30 until 2024-05-31 (10) months, i never gave any consent nor signed any documents with a broker in their respected Branch. R435 is the amount deducted. 2024-05-17 i visited Old Mutual Branch in Emalahleni and i was assited by Tshiyamo who e-mailed a copy of my id, payslip and a record of payment. The policy number that appear on my payslip:***B5,but whn punched in their system it shows I do not have a profile with Old-Mutual so this is pure *****. I would like to be payed back my money in full... Thank you.
