Old Mutual Broken Promises

Contacted Old Mutual regarding continuing my Life Policy while overseas spoke to Bernard Erasmus who told me it would be invalid and I would lose 20 years of payments if I was out of SA for more than 90 days. I was not happy with this and phoned again and spoke to Nella, she told me he was incorrect and as long as I didnt miss a premium it was valid. I needed to complete a form which she would email to me. 4 days ago, no form. I phoned on Wed and was told she is not in today but will be in tomorrow. I asked could they email me the form, I was told no because Nella was dealing with it. I asked them to pass on my number and ask Nella to contact me on Thursday. Still no phone still no form. I am disgusted with the lack of service and professionalism I am receiving from this company. Incorrect information, broken promises, not sending forms, not returning calls.
