kindly assist with old Mutual struggling to cancel my funeral policy with them. I have made contact with them numerous times but the consultants would just say you must go to the branch.....if the branches is closed , i sent emails who should i turn to ? I don't understand why its so difficult to cancel my funeral policy but its one click to open a policy online.
