Old Mutual Beware they do fruad

For some reason my file does not exist, I have sent them many proofs that I cannot enter my account but I pay every month via a stop order from my pay sheet, but according to them my file exits and does not exit. I am very nearby of open a case of ***** against this company that has all my proof but still cant fix my acoount
