Old Mutual becoming a *****

On Monday, 21 June 2021 I went to the Old Mutual branch in Umtata and I was assisted by Gabuka Mkrokrelwa. I wanted to open an educare He gave me the bank account that I can use to do the transfer. I made the transfer same day, a lump some. Unfortunately, I didn't receive a contract. Few days I checked up with him, he said there's a day with the head office. I can't the customer services and they said they can't assist since I do not have the reference number.

I went back to the branch last month and I was informed that the same guy will have to assist me, he was called and he said the head office deleted his application and I will receive my documents by Friday that about a week or 2 ago. Up to this day I have not been assisted by Old Mutual. I wish they can bring back my money
