Old Mutual banking service bunch of *****s!!!

When an Insurance company start pretending they a banking service then you must know they gonna ***** you over everytime and that it will be a mission to get your money back. Doest matter the amount, you are *****ed.

Any normal bank you van go in, and they will reverse if there is a an issue. But with Old Mutual money account, they ***** your money, and then you have to prove with paper work on paper work that Old Mutual money account didnt ***** any of your money.

What makes it even worse, when you make a conplaint, they send that of to Bidvest, because bidvest is now their bank. So the chain is getting longer. Cause now bidvest must now say why old mutual stole the money or was it bidvest. Two places trying to play god and trying to be a big bank. And still you have to fill in forms on forms on forms to dispute why they stole your money.

Any other normal bank will reverse the **** transaction straight away, and dont have to fill in so many paper work like these ****s hahahah

This happened on 6 Sept, and still not sorted out.
