Old Mutual Banking App - Duplicate Powerball Entries
The Mobile banking app had an error when i tried to play powerball. I checked the history and funds, and it showed that the transaction did not go through. I tried for a second time and then all of a sudden both entries went through. I called the Call Centre thrice. They were totally useless, and i may have spent more on the calls then the amount i used to play. I Hate the Old Mutual Banking App!!! FNB and Standard Bank is even better!
