Old Mutual Bank Call Centre does not care about clients at all.

Old Mutual bank suspended my bank account without informing me of the reasons. The app suddenly is not opening and bank card decline transactions even if there is money. I went to Wonderpark branch on 25 March to enquire, I was told they don’t have network. Went to Sunnypark branch on 29 March, spent more 30 minutes, still I did not get my money. I provided all the information they required, answered all security questions, biometric, ID, lastly they wanted me to have my cellphone number with me, I have a different number, the refused to help me. The consultant in the branch was very much helpful but call centre made sure that I did not get my own money that I have deposited into my own account. I don’t have time to always go to the bank, spend more than 30 minutes still I’m not assisted. I had to borrow money because the bank refused to help me. Never again will I do business with Old Mutual. I have been depositing some few thousands every month for the past 3 years or so, never had a problem until they decided to block my account for no apparent reason.
