Old Mutual is the worst bank I’ve ever banked with. So they suspended my account saying I have missing fica documents which I don’t understand why because I submitted those documents when I went there to open my account. I called them they told me to go to the branch. I went to Galleria Mall branch they scanned my documents but still my account was suspended went there on Wednesday. Thursday morning I called again become they promised me they will open my account within 2 hours. They said I must go to the nearest branch again. Went to galleria mall they scanned my fica documents again promised my account will be unsuspended within 2 hours. Woke up this morning nothing has changed mind you I have important things to do I opened that account for a reason. Wouldn’t recommend anyone to bank with Old Mutual.

Been waiting all day to hear from you since 07:00am nothing has happened yet even my app is still block just because of FICA the documents I submitted. Old Mutual is the worse bank ever yoooh just unsuspend my account today I have things to do you’ve been wasting my time
