Old Mutual bad service on Investment withdrawal

Disgusted by Old Mutual Westgate branch. Their service is bad and they don't care about client's queries. I went to withdraw money on the 27 August 2021 from my investment savings due to emergency circumstance, today is the 13 September and am still waiting for my money. I received an sms on the 1st of September promising to expect payment within 3 working days, still waiting even now... I phoned the branch at Westgate where I did the withdrawal, I was promised feed back from the manager but no one cared to phone me back and explain the delay.... Am left in the dark when am requesting my own money. When to the branch twice and phoned 100 times... Am definitely moving my investment elsewhere where they care about their clients.
