Old mutual bad service

I bought all net units for R100 and R50 on Friday 9th Dec,and they didn't reflect, I called old mutual money acc, they told me they had a problem with mtn network, they'll refund my money, I've been calling only to be told I must wait, bad service, all I need is my 150 back into my account
