Old mutual bad service

Old mutual their services is a joke, I have submitted my forms to disinvestment on my investment the 11 days that I was given as the turn around is way passed with no Communication. When you call their service line you hold for over an hour if someone answer there is no assistance or they further put you onhold until the call drops. They are playing with people's lives this is not how you treat a customer. They are very diligent in taking your money but not so much when you need them
