old mutual bad service

hi there i had 2 loans with old mutual some time ago .i had lost my job then and was unable to pay these loans .old mutual listed with itc for not paying.which i think was fair however i have paid up these loans last year august 2018 at they lawyers shapiro shaik and ass i was promised that this will be removed from credit bureau within 30 days or so .its now been a full year i am still battling to have this removed i have been making a number of phone calls but to no satisfaction please can somebody assist me
