Old mutual bad service

Old mutual is *********** and unreliable. I had problems regarding my funeral plan and I decided to cancel it. They deducted an amount after I cancel the policy, called the branch in jabulani mall and they said I should not go to the branch to reverse and it will be deposited into my account in a few days, when I called to enquire I was told I only removed one person on the plan and not canceled the whole plan. Old mutual takes people for granted and their services is appalling.
