Old mutual bad service

Old mutual has one of the most poor services i have ever experienced i am not happy with their service on long term investment i have sent an email no response i want to cancel the stupid investment i cannot even get them on the phone i hold till i run out of airtime i tried to cancel and withdrawal on the app and the penalty amount is a ******* i have a better investment plan now i am stuck with no response from
