Old Mutual Bad service

I have had an investment with Old Mutual for the past 2 years and the service I am receiving now is appalling. I made a request for funds from my investment on the 23rd December 2021. Their turn around time is 7-15 working days but I still have not received my money. I have visited the branch and the only thing they could do was send an email to a manager who still has not provided feedback as to what the delay is. The service is so bad I just want to cut ties and invest elsewhere. For such a big company, it is extremely disappointing and frustrating to not get any proper response, such a bad serve. The only thing I am getting is that I should wait on some manager’s feedback. I don’t want feedback. I want my money.
