Old Mutual bad service
Good evening people I just want to make the public aware of the **** that is happening at old Mutual I took out a savings policy with them and I was told to come to the branch when ever I need to withdraw some cash from my account I did that on 17th December 2024 and I was informed the waiting period is 15 working days which it ended on the 14 January 2025 but till this day I have not received the money I request I even went to Festival mall branch I spoke to the manager there she promised to resolve the matter all that I received was an sms on Friday the 17th stating that the money will reflect on my account later on the day that never happened I guess it was a prank reason being I am still waiting till this day please be aware of them your life can be turned upside down by these people
