Old mutual bad service

Old mutual bank had a very bad service. Takes them more than 7 days to verify a deposit.

Our account was suspended without a notice or any form of communication. Went to the branch several times they told us then need to verify a deposit of 30k in the account. Its now more than 7 working days no answer or progress. Call centee people are clueless they don't know what to tell customers every you are told new story. Pls Old mutual fix your stories man this is annoying.
