Old Mutual Bad Service

Old Mutual when they are still recruiting you to join their insurances they beg you like no body's business but when you want your money they come up with lot of stories. 2017 I asked them to open for me a policy whereby I can able to access my money if I'm no longer working, now I went to their branches requesting my money they are telling me stories, I went to old mutual Diepkloof Square and Bara both this Branches are telling me different stories about my money. I never came across such bad service like this in my life. Now they tell me to apply for loan, how can I apply for loan while I have my money which I have been paying for so many Years, they think I'm stupid that I can apply for loan while I have Money. I need my Money Now but they are telling me about Ramaphosa's Law which they didn't explained to me when I open that policy. People must not use Old mutual if they care about their monies.
