OLD MUTUAL BAD SERVICE

I am very disappointed with the service I am receiving from Old Mutual. I terminated my Omax Investment plan on the 9 January 2020 with an expectation to receive the money within 3-15 days, as per their promise. What frustrates me the most is that I do follow ups every week and I am given different excuses why the money is not paid. I gave the branch all the required documents including my daughters banking details hence they debit from her account. Nobody told me that third party payments are not accepted yet I was at the branch. I had to call in after waiting for 2 weeks and then I was told that they did not pay because I did not sign a Tax document. I signed it and emailed it back to them. I had to follow up yet again and then it was a different story but if a premium is missed I get a phone call, email and sms. This is totally unacceptable, I had to knock off early to go to the branch and submit my banking details after giving them a phone call. I was promised that I will be paid within 3-5 days. They hit me with a bomb yesterday saying that my documents were not submitted to the head office. It is not my fault that they under train their staff. The customer service is blaming the branch for not submitting the documents on time. I have bills to pay for January and they are not paid yet, Old Mutual is inconveniencing me. I want my money to be paid ASAP, my other worry is that I have a funeral policy with them and I have been a loyal customer for years. Should anything happen to me or my loved ones will I experience the same drama???????? Old mutual please pay my money ASAP, I sacrificed my time calling you none stop, knocking off early at work on a hectic day, my boss was not happy at all because it gets hectic month end. I told myself that I had to go to your branch because I need the money yet I still don't have that money. Please pay back my money today I have to pay my children's school fees, transport and buy groceries the list is endless. I couldn't even pay you as well because you have not paid me. Your urgent response will be highly appreciated, please pay back my money so that I can be stress free.
