Old Mutual bad service
Good all,
I have a problem with old mutual service since last week Monday i wanted to do an withdrawal from investment, I even tryed the new number that they have introduced *120*6672# but still no help, when you call their consultants they are not pick up and if they do, They will tell you to visit the brach not considering the situation of covid 19 outside there. Today I went to the branch in Tembisa is closed. I'm very sad with their service is very much poor.

This matter is not yet been resolved because I want to withdraw all the money from my investment account and cancel it as we agreed telephonical but now I only received the money from my short term investment,what about the one on the long term investment? Please assist.

I wanted to do an withdrawal from my investment policy plan, then an agent (Engidi) from old mutual said to me I can't do an withdrawal from my investment then I decided to surrender and close my investment policy plan but I was not given the money for my long term plan. Meaning that old mutual agencies they do not care about the utility of customers and they are not doing any follow ups. I'm done with saving money with OM.
